About this website

This website provides information about an independent maths tutoring service for female students in Qatar. Privacy questions and requests can be made through the contact details on this website.

WhatsApp and telephone enquiries

The website opens WhatsApp on your device but does not store your message. WhatsApp, your telephone provider and your device may process information under their own privacy terms.

Share only the information needed to discuss tuition. For a child, a parent or guardian should manage the enquiry and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Reviews

If you submit a review, the website stores the name entered, whether the reviewer is a student or parent, school or university level, institution, course or subject, rating, review text, language, publication consent and submission date. Reviews are stored in Supabase for moderation.

A review is not published automatically. An administrator checks it first. If you enter an institution that is not in the approved list, its name is also held for separate institution approval. Do not include a child’s full name, contact information, health information or other private details.

Purpose, retention and removal

Review information is used only to moderate and present genuine feedback about the tutoring service. Pending reviews remain until they are reviewed. Approved reviews remain published until consent is withdrawn, removal is requested, or the review is no longer needed. Rejected reviews are deleted.

You may request correction or deletion of a submitted review through WhatsApp. Provide enough information to identify the review, but do not send identity documents unless specifically required.

Cookies and security

A language-preference cookie may remember whether you selected English or Arabic. The private administrator area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. The public website does not use advertising cookies.

Reasonable validation, access controls and moderation are used to protect submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
